OUR CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. As a late cancellation or missed appointment leaves a gap in our schedule that could have been filled by another patient, we require a 24-hour notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.

Patients who “no show” or cancel without providing a 24-hour notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled treatment price.

Please Note: Insurance receipts cannot be issued for missed appointments or late cancellation fees.

Bisa Dobson, RMT, CDT, has been working as a Registered Massage Therapist in Toronto for more than 2 decades, and as a Lymphedema Therapist, trained in Combined Decongestive Therapy, for the past 9 years.

In addition to providing Therapeutic Massage services for people from all walks of life, Bisa specialties include Manual Lymph Drainage for Lymphedema treatment, Postoperative care, and general wellbeing.
